Pitaya Strawberry Juice


Ingredients:
  • 1 pitaya 
  • 8 strawberries
  • 50g pineapple
  • 200cc cold mineral water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 bottles yakults

Methods:
  1. Pare and dice pititayas and pineapples. Wash and drain strawberries.
  2. Put all ingredients together with 200cc cold mineral water into the big pitcher. Add ice cubes.
  3. Cover with the lid and insert the stir bar. Push "pulse" button several times. Blend at 1 or 2 speed for 1 minute till smooth. Add yakults and mix well before serving.

Ingredients:
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100g apples
  • 100g pineapples
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 500cc mineral water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Methods:
  1. Wash tomatoes and discard the stems. Pare apples and pineapples, and dice. Wash the lemon and slice.
  2. Put all ingredients together with 100cc cold mineral water into big pitcher. Add ice cubes and honey.
  3. Cover with the lid & insert the stir bar. Push "pulse" button several times. Blend at "on" speed for 1 minute till smooth. Add another 400cc cold mineral water and mix well before serving.   

Bitter Gourd Juice

Bitter Gourd Juice


Ingredients:
  • 300g bitter gourds
  • 1 peach
  • 1 orange 
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 600cc mineral water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Methods:
  1. Wash bitter gourds. Pare orange and peach, and remove seeds and core. Dice all. Wash the lemon and slice.
  2. Put all ingredients together with 200cc cold mineral water into big container. Add ice cubes and honey.
  3. Cover with the lid and insert the stir bar. Push "pulse" button several times. Blend at 1 or 2 speed for 1 minute till smooth. Add another 400cc cold mineral water and mix well before serving.     
 

Brown Rice, Pork & Sweet Potatoe Porridge

Brown Rice, Pork & Sweet Potatoe Porridge


Ingredients:
  • 150g brown rice
  • 150g sweet potato
  • 150g pork or beef meat
  • 3 salad oil
  • 1000cc mineral water
  • Appropriate salt, pepper powder
Methods:
  1. Put all ingredients with 1000cc mineral water on pot till boiling at least 10 mins.
  2. Put hot boiled soup into the big pitcher. Cover the lid with graduated cup & press 1 or 2 key and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 bowls glutinours rice 2 bowls mineral water
  • 40g pork or beef meat mushroom sliced dried small shrimp pork meat sliced
  • Appropriate green onion, salt, pepper powder
  • Appropriate pork or salad oil 
  • Tool: Steamer and steam plate

Methods:
  1. Soak rice for 30 mins and dry it for prepared.
  2. Stir-fry 40g pork or beef meat mushroom sliced dried small shrimp pork meat sliced & Appropriate green onion, salt, pepper powder. Place the steam plate on steamer and steam it with water.
  3. Pour the mineral water into the big pitcher with filter net, cover the lid and food feeder and press 1 or 2 key. Put the soaked race to blend 4~5 mins.
  4. Put 40g pork meat sliced dried small shrimp pork meat sliced & Appropriate green onion, salt, pepper powder . Into mixer to blend for 30 seconds.
  5. Place 1.5 bowls glutinous rice 2 bowls mineral water & 40g pork or beef meat mushroom sliced dried small shrimp pork meat sliced & Appropriate green onion, salt, pepper powder. Into steam plate and steam them for 25 mins till serving.

Ingredients:
  • 150g brown rice
  • 150g shrimp meat
  • 50g small fish
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 10g salad oil
  • 1000cc mineral water
  • appropriate salt, pepper powder

Methods:
  1. Put all ingredients with 1000cc mineral water on pot till boiling at least 10 mins.
  2. Put hot boiled soup into the big pitcher. Cover the lid with food feeder & press 1 or 2 key and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.

Ingredients:
  • 5 kumquats
  • 300g old gingers
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1200cc hot water

Methods:
  1. Wash kumquat & dice ginger. Fix the filter net on the big pitcher first.
  2. Pour hot water 1000cc into the big pitcher. Cover the lid food feeder & press 1 or 2 key.
  3. Put ingredients, brown sugar and hot water 200cc and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.

Red Bean Milk

Ingredients:
  • 50g boiled taro
  • 80g red beans
  • 80g brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon roasted white sesames
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1800cc hot water
  • 400cc cold water 

Methods:
  1. Wash brown rice and red beans and soak in cold water for 4 hours. Add dried wild yam into steamer for steaming 30 minutes. Turn off the steamer and let them covered for another 20 minutes.
  2. Fix the filter net on the big pitcher first. Pour hot water 1000cc into the big pitcher.
  3. Cover the lid with food feeder & press 1 or 2 key. Put ingredients, brown sugar and hot water till soup is refluxing into the top of filter net. Then, stop to put any food and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.    
 

Black Bean Fiber Milk

Ingredients:
  • 50g each of black beans, soy beans, adlay seeds, brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon each of roasted black sesames and white sesames
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1800cc hot water
  • 300cc cold mineral water

Methods:
  1. Wash ingredients 50g each of black beans, soy beans, adlay seeds, brown rice and soak in cold water 3 hours. Put them into steamer for steaming 30 minutes. Turn off the steamer and let them covered for another 20 minutes.
  2. Fix the filter net on the big pitcher first. Pour hot water 1000cc into the big pitcher. Cover the lid with food feeder & press 1 or 2 key.
  3. Put 50g each of black beans, soy beans, adlay seeds, brown rice & 1 tablespoon each of roasted black sesames and white sesames ingredients, brown sugar and hot water till soup is refluxing into the top of filter net. Then, stop to put any food and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.    
 

Almond Rice Milk

Ingredients:
  • 150g almonds
  • 20g dried lily
  • 30g lotus seeds
  • 50g brown rice
  • 5 tablespoons crystal sugar
  • 1800cc hot water
  • 400cc cold water

Methods:
  1. Wash dried lily and soak in water for one day. Change water for 3 times while soaking. Wash sweet almonds and brown rice, soak for 4 hours. Add lily and lotus seeds into steamer for steaming 30 minutes. Turn off the steamer and let them covered for another 20 minutes.
  2. Fix the filter net on big pitcher first. Pour hot water 1000cc into the big pitcher. Cover the lid with food feeder & press 1 or 2 key.
  3. Put all ingredients, crystal sugar and hot water till soup is refluxing into the top of filter net. Then, stop to put any food and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.
