Red Bean Milk


Ingredients:
  • 50g boiled taro
  • 80g red beans
  • 80g brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon roasted white sesames
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1800cc hot water
  • 400cc cold water 

Methods:
  1. Wash brown rice and red beans and soak in cold water for 4 hours. Add dried wild yam into steamer for steaming 30 minutes. Turn off the steamer and let them covered for another 20 minutes.
  2. Fix the filter net on the big pitcher first. Pour hot water 1000cc into the big pitcher.
  3. Cover the lid with food feeder & press 1 or 2 key. Put ingredients, brown sugar and hot water till soup is refluxing into the top of filter net. Then, stop to put any food and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.
