Red Bean Milk
Ingredients:
- 50g boiled taro
- 80g red beans
- 80g brown rice
- 1 tablespoon roasted white sesames
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1800cc hot water
- 400cc cold water
Methods:
- Wash brown rice and red beans and soak in cold water for 4 hours. Add dried wild yam into steamer for steaming 30 minutes. Turn off the steamer and let them covered for another 20 minutes.
- Fix the filter net on the big pitcher first. Pour hot water 1000cc into the big pitcher.
- Cover the lid with food feeder & press 1 or 2 key. Put ingredients, brown sugar and hot water till soup is refluxing into the top of filter net. Then, stop to put any food and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.
