Black Bean Fiber Milk
Ingredients:
- 50g each of black beans, soy beans, adlay seeds, brown rice
- 1 tablespoon each of roasted black sesames and white sesames
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1800cc hot water
- 300cc cold mineral water
Methods:
- Wash ingredients 50g each of black beans, soy beans, adlay seeds, brown rice and soak in cold water 3 hours. Put them into steamer for steaming 30 minutes. Turn off the steamer and let them covered for another 20 minutes.
- Fix the filter net on the big pitcher first. Pour hot water 1000cc into the big pitcher. Cover the lid with food feeder & press 1 or 2 key.
- Put 50g each of black beans, soy beans, adlay seeds, brown rice & 1 tablespoon each of roasted black sesames and white sesames ingredients, brown sugar and hot water till soup is refluxing into the top of filter net. Then, stop to put any food and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.
