Almond Rice Milk
Ingredients:
- 150g almonds
- 20g dried lily
- 30g lotus seeds
- 50g brown rice
- 5 tablespoons crystal sugar
- 1800cc hot water
- 400cc cold water
Methods:
- Wash dried lily and soak in water for one day. Change water for 3 times while soaking. Wash sweet almonds and brown rice, soak for 4 hours. Add lily and lotus seeds into steamer for steaming 30 minutes. Turn off the steamer and let them covered for another 20 minutes.
- Fix the filter net on big pitcher first. Pour hot water 1000cc into the big pitcher. Cover the lid with food feeder & press 1 or 2 key.
- Put all ingredients, crystal sugar and hot water till soup is refluxing into the top of filter net. Then, stop to put any food and keep mixing 3~5 mins before serving.
