Radish Cake


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 bowls glutinours rice 2 bowls mineral water
  • 40g pork or beef meat mushroom sliced dried small shrimp pork meat sliced
  • Appropriate green onion, salt, pepper powder
  • Appropriate pork or salad oil 
  • Tool: Steamer and steam plate

Methods:
  1. Soak rice for 30 mins and dry it for prepared.
  2. Stir-fry 40g pork or beef meat mushroom sliced dried small shrimp pork meat sliced & Appropriate green onion, salt, pepper powder. Place the steam plate on steamer and steam it with water.
  3. Pour the mineral water into the big pitcher with filter net, cover the lid and food feeder and press 1 or 2 key. Put the soaked race to blend 4~5 mins.
  4. Put 40g pork meat sliced dried small shrimp pork meat sliced & Appropriate green onion, salt, pepper powder . Into mixer to blend for 30 seconds.
  5. Place 1.5 bowls glutinous rice 2 bowls mineral water & 40g pork or beef meat mushroom sliced dried small shrimp pork meat sliced & Appropriate green onion, salt, pepper powder. Into steam plate and steam them for 25 mins till serving.
